ALL RENTALS ARE FROM SATURDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
Moon Bay is one of only a three resort properties in the Kery Largo area that are allowed to rent on a weekly basis. It is the standard here in the Keys to rent from Saturday through Saturday. There is a one week minimum stay required by law. There are no maximum stay restrictions.
Book early for best availability.

The Florida Keys require an 11.5% room tax that will be added to your rental fee.Rentals of 4 or more consecutive weeks receive a 20% discount per week
Book 4 separate weeks at the same time an receive 10% OFF each week (discount received out of fourth week’s payment)CHECK-IN time is 3:00PM CHECK-OUT time is 11:00AM
Boat slip is INCLUDED in your rental ($50+ per/night value)
Maid service can be provided at extra cost.
Provisioning provided for cost plus 20%.
Babysitting services are available in Key Largo.
Holiday periods are subject to a $150/wk surcharge - Included are:Spring Break (March 7-21 2004)
Memorial Day (May 31st 2004)
Independence Day (July 4)
Lobster Mini-Season (July 28th & 29th 2004)
Lobster Season Start (August 6th 2004)
Labor Day (September 6th 2004)
Fantasy Fest (October 31)
Thanksgiving (November 20-27 2004)
Rates are subject to change without notice unless confirmed.
There is a $400.00 Security Deposit that is required to confirm your reservation.
Reservations must be PAID-IN-FULL within 60 days of arrival date.
Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure minus departure cleaning fee ($80.00) and any damages or missing inventory.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL, FAX, OR IN WRITING and confirmation returned!
Cancellations made within 90 days of reservation date will forfeit 1/2 the Security Deposit.
Cancellations made within 45 days of reservation date will forfeit all of the Security Deposit.
Cancellations made within 15 – 30 days of reservation date will forfeit one half of the rental fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days prior to reservation shall forfeit reservation amount.
(Note: If we can fill the cancelled date we will refund the difference to you)

We have arrangements with other rental owners in Moon Bay and Key Largo, Marathon, Islamorada, and Long Key if PENTHOUSE 501 is not available for your desired dates.
